 * fields of `ls -l` (skip `rwxrwxrwx` part for now)
 * hardlinks = multiple file names (witihn one filesystem)

C `FILE *`
 * write a simple program that [[man3:fopen]]s one file [[man3:fscanf]]s integers from it and [[fprintf]]s to another.
  * do not forget [[man3:fclose]]
  * try to kill/end the process before `fclose()`, investigate output file
 * Use [[man3:fwrite]] to write integers
  * Investigate the output file with [[man1:hexdump|hexdump -C output_file]]
